CSEC encourages public comment on proposed new and amended rules, and rules subject to statutory review. The 30-day comment period begins when notice is published in the Texas Register (http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml).

CSEC does not acknowledge receipt of comments, unless requested to do so by the submitter.
Adopted rules become effective 20 days after publication in the Texas Register unless a later date is required by statute or specificed by CSEC. Once effective, a rule listed below will be removed from this section.
