Online Store for Public Education Materials

The online store at www.911safety.org offers educational materials for all audiences. Cost effective materials ranging from printed materials to specialty items as well as the educational video "9-1-1:Getting Help is Easy" are available at the online store.

Since 1993, the Commission on State Emergency Communications (CSEC) has been collaborating with the 9-1-1 Public Educators of Texas by providing a cost effective way of procuring specialty items and printed materials. As a result, there is constant improvement on the selection of materials in the catalog as well as our 9-1-1 education efforts. All materials offered in the catalog are non-state specific. Our materials are used in over 30 states, as well as Canada and Puerto Rico.

9-1-1 entities have the option of being set up for invoicing or by paying online with a credit card. For further clarification, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Customer testimonials

Here’s what some of our 911SAFETY.ORG clients have to say about us:

I absolutely love the “Know How To Use 9-1-1 With The Phone You Own,” “Help Us Help You 9-1-1 Emergency Guide,” and “Could we find you in an emergency?” guides. My director was very impressed with all of the products. We had been searching for public education items that addressed the issues at hand, however, no one had taken the time or money needed to produce the needed products. I returned from APCO singing  your praises and asking for money to spend with CSEC (www.911safety.org).

Cassie Lowery, Rutherford County Emergency Communications District,TN

“Cell Phone Sally covers every topic children need to be familiar with in an eye catching format.”

Susan Waltz, Whitmore 9-1-1, WA

“My people are so glad to have a new video out, the kids have memorized stuff we have been taking into the schools, they are ready for a change.”

San Luis Valley E911 Authority Board, Alamosa, CO

“I am writing to let you know that the DVD “Cell Phone Sally“ is a hit with us at Wilson County 9-1-1. The message Sally and friends brings relates to children as well as adults. With the change in technology it’s nice to see the old and new covered in this presentation. In the coming months we will be purchasing one for each school in our county as well as the educational materials for each first grade class. CSEC (www.911safety.org) should be proud of the work they have collaborated with the 9-1-1 Educators in producing, not only cost effective materials, but high quality materials as well. Please keep me advised on any new products to come.”

Karen Moore, Wilson County 9-1-1, TN

“The Cell Phone Sally program is great! It’s nice to have such a great tool with all the teacher tips included. I’ve taught a few classes already. I also purchased the CPS folders, pencils, and rulers! The students love them!!!”

Caryn DeMarco, Will County 9-1-1, IL

“Everything that I ordered just arrived, you guys are amazing; to say that it is a pleasure to work with you is an understatement! It all looks great, thank you so much.”

Alyssa Watkins, Teton County Sheriff’s Office, WY
